The remarkable has occurred as the song 'Naatu Naatu' from RRR has made history by winning the Academy Award for Best Original Song. With this win, the SS Rajamouli-directed film has become the first-ever Indian production to receive this prestigious award.

RRR's music is composed by M. M. Keeravani, who has previously worked with director S. S. Rajamouli on the blockbuster Baahubali film franchise.

The dancing team for RRR is led by choreographer Srinu Vaitla, who has worked on numerous Telugu films in the past.  Jr. NTR and Ram Charan, are both known for their dancing skills and have undergone extensive training for their dance sequences in the movie.

He was inspired by the stories of Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem, two Indian freedom fighters who played a significant role in India's struggle for independence from British rule.

Rajamouli worked with his father, the renowned screenwriter and director K. V. Vijayendra Prasad. The duo spent several months researching the lives of Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem and carefully crafting a story that would do justice to their legacy.

RRR stands for 'Roudram Ranam Rudhiram', which means 'Rage, War, and Bloodshed' in English.

The film's budget is estimated to be around ₹350-400 crore (approximately $47-54 million USD), making it one of the most expensive films ever made in India.

RRR's trailer became the most viewed Indian film trailer on YouTube within 24 hours of its release, with over 32 million views.
